While there is no one-size-fits-all marketing strategy, we like to follow a process that arms us with the necessary information to build and execute a unique and customized marketing strategy.

  • Before we even get a contract signed, we will spend time with you to understand the ins and outs of your business and your current marketing approach (if there is one). What are your goals? Where are you at with them? What are your biggest pain points? What are you hoping to get out of a partner? It is on this call that you’ll also be able to ask us anything. If we feel we are the right partner to help you accomplish your goals, we will then put together a rough proposal to review together. And if you don’t know your goals, we’ll help you come up with them.

  • We will send you an in-depth form to fill out that will allow us to then build an at-a-glance marketing strategy that is integrated with your larger business strategy. If you’ve done a lot of this work before and have a clear direction, this will be more of a plug-and-play form. If not, this might take you some time.

  • Day one of our retainer will comprise of an hour-long kickoff call on which we gain access to everything we need to get set up for success. We will come prepared with an agenda and a plan-of-action for the first week. Note that the first week is always a bit quiet, as it’s when we have most of our heads-down work to prepare strategies and creative to review the following week, which are then followed by weekly meetings and frequent communication.

  • Whether you’re looking to get set up with a brand new affiliate program, optimize your current affiliate program, or are not sure if affiliate programs are right for you, we’re here to help. As part of your larger marketing strategy, we’ll determine the most optimal path forward for affiliate marketing. Note that affiliate marketing requires more than just the initial setup. This can include outreach and management and can take a bit of time to pick up and see results.

  • Data can be overwhelming, and with emerging brands, oftentimes we start with small numbers. As a marketing agency that balances data, brand, and creative, we’ll be your experts in navigating through how to sift through the numbers in a way that informs marketing strategies that align with the bigger picture and are attentive to detail. Before we begin working together, as we continue to work together, or as a one-off audit service, we put together detailed reports so that we can pull relevant insights for the both of us. We pull analytics for social, email, Shopify, Google, Affiliate, and more.

  • Launching a new product? Kicking off a campaign? Doing a pop-up? We’ve been there (and more). Out-of-the-box marketing is what makes or breaks these moments. Any way we work together, we’ll always consult for anything you need and will proactively consult on anything marketing related. If we take on your social, but we notice an opportunity for your email team to take advantage of something, or we see an opportunity to inform your pricing strategy or product development, we’ll call it out. Marketing only works when the components all play together, and we will be your biggest team player.

  • You know you need content, and you know you need a lot of it. Depending on your budget, there are a few ways we go about content creation. We will always guide you to create content that follows best practices, stands out, and is in line with your larger marketing and business strategy (trust us, it’s not as easy as it sounds). If you have us take on your emails, we will own that from email design through to copywriting and strategy. If you have us take on your social, we can take on UGC-style content creation (ex. we will film TikTok videos for you and snap photos), repurpose existing assets you have (via creative design and video editing), and/or creative direct content shoots (with our network of creators or yours). While a big budget for creative is always beneficial (and you do need some budget depending on your goals)l, sometimes the magic is in the ability to rework existing photography and videography to suit your needs.

  • Generative AI has become so popular for blog writing, but if you’ve tried it, you know it never quite cuts it. Through emails, blog writing, sell sheets, pitch decks, blurbs, captions, and so much more, we ensure that your brand tone of voice, personality, style, and uniqueness are front and center in anything you put forward. Sometimes, this is a collaborative venture, as you know your brand best and may just need some guidance and tweaking to optimize for things like SEO or tap into the psychology of marketing.

  • Ready to raise money? The way you tell your story and present your business plan to investors will make or break whether or not they invest in you. And who you are pitching to will dictate your strategy to do that. Not only will we build out your pitch deck collaboratively with you (we’ll lead on the layout and design), but we’ll also walk you through mock pitch exercises and more to ensure you are as prepared and convincing as possible.

  • We are not a PR Agency, but we’ve worked with PR a lot from the brand side. We know how PR agencies work, what they need to be successful, their typical timelines, and how to collaborate with them best to yield results. PR can be expensive, but it is important, and for emerging brands, it can be difficult to figure out what the best path forward is. Is it a larger agency, a boutique agency, an individual person, or a platform? We’ve been there a few times and can help you decide and move forward.

  • You’ve googled what SEO is and you’ve learned that keywords are important. But you’ve also learned that you shouldn’t overdo your keywords. And you’ve learned that you should be writing blogs, but who has time for that? You’ve also probably heard of backlinks and headings and all those SEO words. PHEW!
